Lee Cannon-Brown is a PhD Candidate in the Music Department. His dissertation reevaluates the music theories of the pre-WWII avant-garde, uncovering a global intellectual network that spanned Russia, Central and Western Europe, North America, and Latin America. Lee has led classes in music theory and music appreciation at Harvard and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
