As the Assistant Director, Science Pedagogy, Anza provides consulting services to faculty and graduate student instructors on a variety of topics, including, effective teaching strategies, course and curricular improvement, and equity and inclusion in STEM disciplines. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Science Education. Anza’s expertise in these areas has led to successful collaborations with colleagues in curricular design and academic consulting. She is a passionate advocate for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in STEM education and ensuring all students have access to quality educational experiences.
