Teaching Development Fellows

The Bok Center’s new Teaching Development Fellows will support the training of FAS instructional staff (Teaching Fellows, Teaching Assistants, and Course Assistants) by partnering with Bok Center staff to co-facilitate introductory teaching training sessions for new TFs/TAs/CAs and advanced workshops for returning TFs/TAs. In this role, Teaching Development Fellows will work with Bok Center staff members to develop skills in training, mentorship, public speaking, and higher-level thinking about pedagogical principles. Bok staff will train and supervise Teaching Development Fellows and work alongside Fellows as co-facilitators during sessions and workshops.

This is a short-term role with (paid) orientation and training in July and focused work in late August and early September, with the potential of additional hours in January. This is an in-person position, and all orientation, training, and work will be conducted in Cambridge.
