Ri Dresser

Ri Dresser is a 6th year PhD candidate in Harvard's Physics Department. Their specialization is in Physics Education Research. Ri's research involves designing pedagogical elements in physics courses that foster students' sense of autonomy, self directed learning, and metacognitive problem solving skills. Ri also engages in research aimed at addressing the historical marginalization of women, gender minorities, and people of color within STEM and physics. Outside of their research, Ri enjoys partner acrobatics, dancing, and spending time in nature.
