Neena Kapoor

Neena Kapoor is a PhD candidate in Population Health Sciences (Health Systems specialization) at Harvard University. Her dissertation research examines gaps in access to and quality of care for adults with chronic disease and for pregnant and postpartum women in India, combining large-scale survey analysis, quasi-experimental program evaluation, and a field-based randomized controlled trial. She holds an MS in Global Health and Population from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a BS in Medicine, Health & Society and Child Development from Vanderbilt University.

At Harvard, Neena has served as a Teaching Fellow for several graduate and undergraduate courses in global health and health systems, and has contributed to course development for a graduate leadership course and a foundational public health course taken by all incoming Chan School students. As a Bok Graduate Fellow, she looks forward to exploring innovative approaches to graduate-level teaching and mentorship.
