Faculty Lunch with Professor Mary Lewis: Assigning Long-Form Writing Assignments

For faculty who are not ready to completely give up on human-generated long-form writing as a source of thinking and processing of research, what strategies can we adopt in class to help students embrace the writing process and produce long-form research essays? Historian Mary Lewis will share a few experimental approaches and will lead a conversation with faculty colleagues over lunch.
