Embarking on the academic job market soon? Daunted by the prospect of submitting a Teaching Portfolio?
Join us for a Teaching Portfolio Workshop given by Pamela Pollock, Associate Director for Professional and Scholarly Development.
In this working session, GSAS PhD students will get guidance on how to create a strong portfolio, as well as feedback on their own. Students should bring any job materials they are developing, especially if they have a working copy of their teaching portfolio and/or a teaching philosophy statement. For additional resources prior to the session, please consult the links below, which offer comprehensive guidance on how to compose a Statement of Teaching Philosophy and compile a teaching portfolio.
Information about upcoming workshops will be posted here.
