Departmental TF in Linguistics
Zuzanna is a fifth year student in Linguistics, and her research focuses on heritage languages. A heritage language is the language that a person speaks with his or her family, that is different than the language spoken in the community, as is often the case in immigrant homes. In the classroom, she focuses on integrating active learning methods in fields like linguistics and math that are largely based on working problems. Outside of the academic environment, she's on the Harvard boxing team!
