Julia Coyoli

Julia is a PhD candidate in the Government department. Her research looks at how teachers' unions, bureaucrats, and elected officials shape the design and implementation of educational policy in Latin America. She has taught original curricula in the political economy of development and numerous courses in both the Government and Economics departments. In her free time she loves to read novels and cook Mexican food.
