Jonathan
Jonathan is a PhD candidate in Film and Visual Studies. His research focuses broadly on the relationship between media and the environment. His dissertation examines location scouting and location management practices for feature films, with a particular focus on the 1940s-1960s. Jonathan holds a BA in English from Bowdoin College, and an MA in Cinema Studies from San Francisco State University. He has served as a Teaching Fellow at Harvard in the Program in General Education, and for the Department of Visual and Environmental Studies. He has also been a Lecturer in the College of Communication at Boston University.
