Johnathan Cook

Culture and Communication Consultant
Johnathan Cook
Johnathan is a junior in Lowell House concentrating in Social Studies with a focus on education, inequality, and religion. While volunteering abroad during his gap year, he appreciated the beauty that could be found in cultural diversity, and has endeavored to learn from others’ cultural backgrounds and expressions ever since. Johnathan is excited about the opportunity to work with international graduate students because, during several of his experiences abroad, he relied on the support of others to communicate effectively across languages and cultures, and is now eager to support others in doing so. He is passionate about education and interfaith work on campus, and during his free time you can find him volunteering with the Junior Youth Empowerment Program in Roxbury.
