Dave Song
Dave is a PhD candidate in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology (CCB). His research focuses on understanding the mechanism of radical transport in ribonucleotide reductase, the essential biomolecule that is responsible for transforming RNA precursors to the corresponding DNA building blocks in every organism in nature. Dave's teaching experiences include Supplemental Instruction (SI), secondary school education, teaching assistantships in freshman chemistry through advanced bioorganic chemistry, and faculty positions at the community college level. At Harvard, Dave taught LPS A as a teaching fellow and served as a pedagogy fellow in CCB. Outside of his passions for science, education, and Christ-centered community, Dave enjoys golfing, playing tennis, fishing, and reading the Bible.
