Participants will explore common challenges such as open communication, clarity surrounding roles, and pedagogical alignment. Through case studies and peer discussions, this workshop will offer TFs/TAs practical strategies and tools to build more collaborative and effective teaching teams. It is suitable for all, from first-time TFs/TAs to seasoned Head TFs/TAs.</span></p>
