DESCRIPTION:<p>	Led by:<br>Lauren Sullivan, <em>Bok Pedagogy Fellow</em>, and other experienced TFs</p><p dir="ltr">	Developing as a teacher means learning from yourself and your peers, as well as having some teaching mentors. In this interactive panel discussion, we will explore our approaches to 1) defining teaching goals and priorities, 2) aligning teacher and student expectations, 3) building supportive and motivated classrooms, and 4) leveraging your identity as a teacher to energize your teaching and your students’ connection to the material.</p><p>	<em>This lunch discussion is being offered as part of Winter Teaching Week and is designed for GSAS PhD students and others at similar career stages engaged in the teaching of Harvard College undergraduates.
