From connecting with your students, working in research groups and labs, managing relationships with supervisors and peers, and networking at conferences, there is a lot to navigate! Start your semester on the right foot by learning about how cross-cultural communication can influence our interactions and practicing the skills required to effectively connect with others, avoid and manage misunderstandings, and build deeper relationships cross-culturally in Harvard’s international environment.
This is the kick-off session for the Spring 2018 Focus on Culture and Communication workshop series. Participants are welcome to attend one or more of these events.
