This workshop will explore teaching as a performance practice, enacting experimental possibilities through improvisation, embodiment practices, and collaborative exercises. Drawing on techniques such as Meisner, Viewpoints, Action Theater, and facilitation techniques such as Circling, we will examine horizontal leadership, non-hierarchical collaboration, and collective decision-making. Participants will leave with specific activities to bring to the classroom and other leadership settings, as well as greater awareness of the collective body as a teaching tool.
