 How can you establish and maintain credibility as a speaker? What makes a speaker sound confident? In this interactive workshop, we will discuss and practice verbal and nonverbal strategies for establishing a presence and speaking with authority with consideration for a range of academic contexts, such as in teaching, participating in discussions, or giving a presentation.

 This is part of the Spring 2018 Focus on Culture and Communication workshop series. Participants are welcome to attend all or any of these events.
