The academic CV and cover letter form the foundation of your job market applications—but what should they highlight, and how much should you tailor them to different institutions and positions? In this workshop, we will discuss how to organize and present your academic trajectory, select and frame your experiences, and adapt your materials for a range of job calls. You will then have the opportunity to begin revising your own CV and cover letter and to participate in a peer review session.
