Pauline  Carpenter

As an Instructional Specialist for the Bok Center's Professional Communication Program for International Teachers and Scholars, Pauline helps individuals develop oral and classroom communication skills so that they can feel confident and be successful in their roles as both teachers and graduate students. Before joining the Bok Center, Pauline was an Instructional Specialist with Cornell University’s Center for Teaching Excellence, where she worked as part of a team to support teaching across the university. She received an MA in Culture and Values in Education from McGill University and a BA in Psychology from Acadia University. Over the years, Pauline and has taught in Canada, Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam, and is passionate about understanding classroom dynamics and creating engaging learning experiences.

Pauline works at our office on the 3rd floor of 125 Mt. Auburn St in office 318.
